Hello to all, hope everyone is getting ready for the season. As you are aware, I sent out the bills for the 2005-2006 season via email today. Please let me know if you did not receive, or had any trouble opening. The bills are in PDF format so you should just have to double-click on them and they should open up. I am trying to minimize our mailings. To that end I have attached what I consider to be the most up-to-date version of the member e-mail listing. I would like you all to review and do two things:
1) make sure that your information is current;
2) if you are aware of any changes to members’ addresses, please let me know ASAP.
You can open the Excel sheet then provide any names for which no e-mail address has been provided. Once I have updated e-mail information, I will forward a current member listing for review. That list will include names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. – whatever information I have maintained in the database. Thank you it has been a fun day! Download email_9262005_v_1.0.xls
